Friends Focus

We Want to Be Your Friend!

From Dennis Goetz, Co-Director

This is the time of year that we are generally more mindful of our blessings and of how God decided to make it easier for us to know Him through his son, the Christ child. Our mission is to help people grow in their relationship with God by using the tools of outdoor ministry.

Please consider making a year-end gift donation to this camp. Any donation makes you a "Friend of Red Willow." Your friendship would be a real Christmas blessing for our ministry. A direct donation can be matched if you are a Thrivent member. Just let us know and we can send you a Thrivent application.

We are happy to put you on our mailing list and connect with you in our ministry. If you are interested in talking about other possible gifting to the camp, such as pledging, estate planning, liquidation of assets that may provide tax advantages, or becoming a volunteer, please let us know. Call Dennis at 701-676-2681.

Stained Glass Quilt Winner Announced

This beautify Tennessee Waltz Quilt was raffled off to raise funds to get new stained glass windows in the chapel. The drawing for the Tennessee Waltz Quilt for the stained glass chapel windows was held Friday evening when the staff of Red Willow Ministries and Tri-County Ministries gathered for a Christmas outing.

Seventy seven tickets had been purchased, and the stubs were in a basket. The winning ticket was pulled out, and the winner announced... Nancy McKinnon of West Fargo.

Nancy is a volunteer for the camp and serves as a member of the quilt auction committee. She also helped make the last two quilts for the Quilt Raffle at the Quilt Auction. Nancy is thrilled with her new quilt!

Thank you all who participated in this event to help make new stained glass windows in the chapel a reality!
