How do I register?

There are three ways to register: 

1. If you received a summer brochure, just fill out the registration form and mail it and your deposit back to the camp.
2. You can also phone or e-mail the camp to register and then send your deposit by mail.
3. You can also register online through this website.  Vist the online registration page and follow the instructions.  You will want to have your credit card handy, as you will use that for payment.

Can I use a credit card?

New in Summer 2013 - Yes! You can use a credit card to pay off your camp balance. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express cards only.

How early/late can I register?

Registration opens when the brochures are mailed out.  You can register anytime throughout the spring and summer.  Red Willow will accept registrations for a camp until two weeks before that camp's scheduled starting date. If it is within two weeks of the camp's starting date, please call to check for availability.  If you register before May 1, 2013, you will receive a free t-shirt!

Can my child and his or her friends be in the same cabin?

We're delighted that your child is bringing his or her friends to camp!  We want the camp experience to be as fun as possible, so we will do everything we can to accommodate cabin mate requests.  Please note that we cannot guarantee all requests, especially if more than one friend has been listed.

What should I do if my church is providing a scholarship?

Many churches have camperships available for youth in their church.  If you aren't sure if yours offers them, it never hurts to ask! 

If your church will be paying for some or all of your child's camp fee, be sure to fill in the home congregation blank on the registration form.  Some churches contact us for names of registered campers from their congregation, so having that information completed will help that process.  Also, be sure to contact your church to let them know you've registered your child for camp at Red Willow and that payment needs to be made before the camp session begins.

Red Willow does not bill churches for unpaid camper balances, so please have your church mail a check before your child's camp begins or bring the check with you to registration.

What does my child need to bring to camp?

Registration Materials:

• Payment for the final balance that is due at camp (Please make checks payable to Red Willow Ministries)
• The camp will NOT be billing your church for any sponsorships. Please send or bring that amount to registration.
• Health History/Medical Information form completed, signed and dated by parent/guardian
• Parental Permission to Release Form completed, especially if parents are NOT the ones picking up the child at the end of camp.

Other Things to Bring:

• Sleeping bag, pillow (for all except Seekers campers)
• Toiletries
• Backpack
• Towel and a modest swimsuit
• Tennis shoes and appropriate clothing for both hot AND cold weather
• Mosquito spray/sunscreen
• Bible, pen/pencil
• Canteen money/camera (optional)

NOTE: Please label all of your belongings clearly! RWBC is not responsible for anything being lost, stolen or damaged during your stay.
If your child forgets an item at camp, we are happy to return it to you. We ask that a $5.00 shipping fee be paid to the camp before we can return the item to you. Our post office does not allow us to send things "Postage Due."
